Adapter Removal Tutorial (updated)

Welcome to the Adapter Removal tutorial

This tutorial covers usage of the Adapter Removal tool for all versions of the small RNA Workbench past 2.5

    hi i am using command line for adapter trimming. Every thing is working fine except i am unable to save the discarded reads which is there in the GUI. Any suggestions

      Hi Prasad,

      That option is not available from the CLI as yet. If it helps I can add it easily enough? Let me know and I will put it on the to-do list!
